Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on pricing, turnaround, warranty, insurance, and how we work.
Pricing and Billing
How much does box truck repair cost in Corona?
It depends on the work. Body labor runs $210 per hour, small cosmetic repairs start near $500, and heavy collision or structural jobs can run into the tens of thousands. We give a written quote after inspecting the truck. See our Corona price guide for ballpark ranges by service.
Do you give free estimates?
Collision estimates are free, including insurance walk-ins. In-depth diagnostics carry a one hour charge that is credited back to an authorized repair.
Do you require a deposit?
Jobs over $2,000 take a 50 percent deposit at authorization, with the balance due at pickup. We accept card and other standard payment methods.
Turnaround and Process
How long will my box truck be in the shop?
A light cosmetic repair can turn in a few days. Collision and structural jobs that need parts and paint typically run one to three weeks depending on scope and parts availability. We keep you updated at every stage.
Do you work on whole fleets?
Yes. We schedule multi-truck fleet work to keep your Corona operation running, staggering trucks so you are never fully grounded.
Warranty and Guarantees
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Collision and body repair carry a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Paint carries a color match and adhesion warranty, and mechanical and systems work is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles.
Mobile and On-Site Service
Do you offer mobile or roadside box truck repair in Corona?
We are an in-shop facility and do not run our own mobile repair trucks. When a truck goes down, we help coordinate a tow or roadside partner and complete the full repair once the truck reaches our shop, so the fix is done right the first time.
EV, Engine, and Specialty
Do you rebuild diesel engines in-house?
We diagnose and quote engine and drivetrain work in-shop and coordinate heavy internal rebuilds through a vetted diesel partner network, so you get one accountable point of contact instead of chasing multiple vendors.
Do you work on EV cargo vans?
Yes. We service body, structural, and 12 volt systems on EV cargo vans and follow manufacturer safety procedures for high-voltage components.
Insurance and Fleet Programs
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We photograph and document damage to insurance standard, write line-item estimates, and coordinate directly with your carrier and adjuster so the repair your truck needs is approved and covered.
Can you set up a preventive maintenance program for my fleet?
Yes. We build recurring inspection and service schedules around your mileage and duty cycle so problems are caught before they ground a truck.
